CEO of IEX 2019-2024, Michael’s goal was to create a government services company focused on providing the best people and solutions to America’s toughest national security problems. Michael has a background in Air Force Special Operations Aviation with more than 100 combat missions providing close air support to Special Operations Forces.

Brian was the co-founder and COO of ARMA Global, a 1000+ employee Government IT Services company acquired by General Dynamics in 2014. Previously, Brian was a senior leader for both Government Sales and Operations at Dell, Inc. after serving as a Signal Officer at US Army Special Operations Command (USASOC).

As VP of IEX, David provides expert oversight to all of our programs by transforming business operations, building strategic industry partnerships, and simplifying complex problems to ensure flawless service delivery. David is a retired Army Infantry officer with 30 years of DOD, Federal contracting, and commercial market management experience. As a past board member at Pikes Peak YMCA and the current Chairman of Tampa Bay United (a nationally recognized non-profit soccer organization in the Tampa Bay area), he is committed to community development.

VP of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A)
As IEX’s VP of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), Matt is focused on channeling his unique background to maximize shared value for our customers and our company. His unique background in DoD planning, programming, and budget execution has allowed IEX to forge stronger bonds with the company’s programming and resource management offices. Matt has over 12 years of experience as a Finance Officer in the US Army, supporting the Special Operations Command throughout his military career.

Abigale is a mission-focused growth specialist with demonstrated expertise in leading all aspects of the business development life cycle, including large-scale pipeline development, strategic capture, and proposal management. Dedicated to jump-starting innovation, she creates and leads high-performing teams that exceed company objectives and yield operational excellence and organizational success. A unique business leader who relishes the challenge of developing cutting-edge solutions for the warfighter, she has spent the last 16 years supporting the United States Intelligence Community (USIC) and the DOD.

DIRECTOR OF Human Resources
Lee Ann, is a seasoned strategic business partner specializing in Human Resources and Change Management, with over two decades of experience. As IEX’s Director of Human Resources, Lee Ann oversees the design and administration of benefits plans, creates compensation structures, and manages employee relations and safety protocols. Previously, she held senior HR roles at GlassWRX/EOS Linx, BFC Solutions, and AAF International. Lee Ann holds an MBA in Strategic Human Resources from Franklin University and a BS in Finance from Canisius College, and she is a board member of Play Like A Girl!

DIRECTOR OF ACCOUNTING
As IEX’s Director of Accounting, Nicole is responsible for coordination of day-to-day accounting functions. She has 25 years of accounting experience, including 10 years in government contract accounting and 15 years of private sector accounting, primarily in the Funeral Service Management Industry. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Tampa.

As the Senior Director of Mission Software Pursuits for the GDIT Defense division, Joe McMahon leads the strategy of moving GDIT into executing complex mission software solution programs for Defense customers. Joe advances GDIT’s Mission Software capabilities through strategic investments in assistive AI and secure software delivery, while partnering with Defense clients to transform mission needs into effective software solutions.
Sebastian Lambert
DIRECTOR OF STAFFING
Sebastian has supported the US Special Operations Command for the entirety of his career. His roles have ranged from program management and technical support to headquarters-level recruiting and staffing for small and large defense contracting companies. As IEX’s Director of Staffing, Sebastian is down to earth and focused on humanizing the recruiting process. He believes in providing superior candidate engagement and holds that our employees are members of the IEX family.
Chris Brewer
Senior Director of Business Development
Mr. Brewer is an experienced executive leader in strategic growth, business development and portfolio management and has led capture and management of contracts in the 100s of millions. He is a former Air Force intelligence analyst, SOF enabler and staff action officer with 27 years of active-duty military and defense contractor experience in C6ISR, multiple intelligence disciplines and program management. He has a M.S. in International Relations (National Security Affairs concentration), M.S. in Unmanned Systems (Aerospace concentration), B.S. in Management (Leadership concentration) and is a PMI certified Project Management Professional.
Hunter Hudson
Director of Solutions & Innovation
Hunter is a highly experienced Program Director with background in supporting digital applications and operations for the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community driving technical oversight and business development. With a proven record of managing operational programs through Agile methodologies he leads the Product Oriented Development team, leveraging a diverse background in both the DOD and commercial technologies that allows IEX to apply best practices and provide cutting-edge solutions to our customers.
Alison Anders
Program Director
As a Program Director, Ali leads IEX’s data-focused services portfolio and oversees program management office process improvement initiatives. She brings more than 20 years of experience in defense acquisitions and professional services delivery to IEX and holds degrees from the United States Air Force Academy and Wright State University. Ali is a wife and mom to three energetic boys and can be found taxiing them all to various hockey rinks all around Tampa!
Debra Fawcett
Director of Contracts
Debra Fawcett is a seasoned Director of Contracts for Iron EagleX, Inc. with over two decades of experience in Government and Commercial Contract Management, procurement, logistics, project management and operations. Dedicated to the Contract Management field, She currently leads the Contracts Department at Iron EagleX, Inc and has streamlined contract management, subcontract management, purchasing and property management processes. Debra holds a MS in Organizational Development and Leadership Effectiveness from Troy University, a BS in Business Management from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, is an active Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) and NCMA Fellow through the National Contract Management Association and is well-versed in federal acquisition regulations.
