Michael Grochol
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
CEO of IEX since 2019, Michael’s goal was to create a government services company focused on providing the best people and solutions to America’s toughest national security problems. As a leader, Michael focuses on employees as “the lifeblood of our organization,” resulting in IEX being recognized as one of the Best Places to Work and Fastest Growing Companies in Tampa Bay. Michael has a background in Air Force Special Operations Aviation with more than 100 combat missions providing close air support to Special Operations Forces.
Milo Talokonnikoff
CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER
COO of IEX since 2019, Milo has extensive operations, management, and finance background with a primary focus on supporting the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community. Milo knows that the most important resources within any organization are the people. He channels his efforts to remove obstacles in front of our employees so they can focus on the mission. Milo served in the US Army and has supported the US Special Operations Command in uniform and as a civilian for more than 15 years.
Joe McEntegart
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
CFO of IEX since 2019, Joe has been with IEX since its inception as a startup company. Joe focuses on creating and managing a seamless finance team that effectively supports our customers’ operations and missions. Joe’s background includes more than 10 years of experience as a practitioner of government cost accounting and financial compliance. He holds a BA in Accounting from St. Leo University and is an active Certified Public Accountant in Florida.

CHIEF GROWTH OFFICER
CGO of IEX since 2022, Bruce is focused on leading efforts to develop and expand our company’s offerings across the government and increase national security. With over 25 years of military, government, and management experience, Bruce has built a career integrating business development with service delivery for small businesses and global firms, winning over 25 SOF-specific contracts and growing annual revenue to over $40M. Bruce is a former Army officer holding a BS in Management Information Systems and a Master’s in Business Administration.
Abigale MALONEY
VP, GROWTH AND SOLUTIONS
Abigale is a mission-focused growth specialist with demonstrated expertise in leading all aspects of the business development life cycle, including large-scale pipeline development, strategic capture, and proposal management. Dedicated to jump-starting innovation, she creates and leads high-performing teams that exceed company objectives and yield operational excellence and organizational success. A unique business leader who relishes the challenge of developing cutting-edge solutions for the warfighter, she has spent the last 16 years supporting the National Intelligence Community and the DOD.
David Knox
DIRECTOR SUPPORT OPERATIONS
Dave served 28 years in the US Army in all senior enlisted positions, including 9 years as Operations Sergeant Major for SOF, Joint, and Coalitions forces, from the Battalion to four-star level commands. His military career took him around the globe in support of combat and training operations. As the Director of Support Operations, Dave is focused on providing human resources, program management, and security support. Under his leadership, the IEX Program Management Office maintains a “project culture focus,” ensuring program execution excellence.
Sebastian Lambert
DIRECTOR OF STAFFING
Sebastian has supported the US Special Operations Command for the entirety of his career. His roles have ranged from program management and technical support to headquarters-level recruiting and staffing for small and large defense contracting companies. As IEX’s Director of Staffing, Sebastian is down to earth and focused on humanizing the recruiting process. He believes in providing superior candidate engagement and holds that our employees are members of the IEX family.
DAVID CHRISTENSEN
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
As IEX’s Director of Operations, David is our program management team’s leader, transforming business operations, building strategic industry partnerships, and simplifying complex problems to ensure flawless service delivery. David is a retired Army Infantry officer with 30 years of DOD, Federal contracting, and commercial market management experience. As a past board member at Pikes Peak YMCA and the current Chairman of Tampa Bay United (a nationally recognized non-profit soccer organization in the Tampa Bay area), he is committed to community development.
CHRIS BREWER
SENIOR DIRECTOR, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Chris is an experienced leader with 25 years of active-duty military and defense contractor experience in C6ISR and the IC across multiple intelligence disciplines. He has led the capture and management of upwards of $360 million in contracts and brings a mission-driven, innovation-focused, and solution approach to IEX. He holds an M.S. in International Relations (National Security Affairs concentration), an M.S. in Unmanned Systems (Aerospace concentration), a B.S. in Management, and is a PMI-certified Project Management Professional.
JUDD MARTINS
DIRECTOR OF INNOVATION & SOLUTIONS
Judd is a US Air Force veteran with 25 years of senior experience in tactical communications and Special Access Programs, including three years as Mission Support Chief overseeing a diverse organization with skillsets ranging from information technology to installation security. Following his military service, he led modernization efforts in the SOCOM Information Environment. As IEX’s Director of Innovation and Solutions, he oversees our Product Oriented Delivery (POD) teams that serve operational programs and business development efforts to provide unique and innovative solutions to our customers.
MATT EVON
DIRECTOR OF FINANCE
As IEX’s Director of Finance, Matt is focused on channeling his unique background to maximize shared value for our customers and our company. His unique background in DoD planning, programming, and budget execution has allowed IEX to forge stronger bonds with the company’s programming and resource management offices. Matt has over 12 years of experience as a Finance Officer in the US Army, supporting the Special Operations Command throughout his military career.
NICOLE BATTLES
DIRECTOR OF ACCOUNTING
As IEX’s Director of Accounting, Nicole is responsible for and coordinates day-to-day accounting functions. She has 25 years of accounting experience, including 10 years in government contract accounting and 15 years of private sector accounting, primarily in the Funeral Service Management Industry. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Tampa.
